<br />ORDINANCE NO. 5749 -74 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FORM AND
<br />TERMS OF LEASE AND TRUST INDENTURE AND
<br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS, AND
<br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION THEREOF PER-
<br />TAINING TO KOONTZ - WAGNER ELECTRIC
<br />COMPANY, INC.
<br />This ordinance had first reading. Councilman Kopczynski made a motion to suspend the
<br />take action on the ordinance, seconded by Councilman Horvath. The motion carried by
<br />vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski,
<br />Newburn and Nemeth). The ordinance then had second reading. Councilman Taylor then
<br />to pass the ordinance, seconded by Councilman Szymkowiak. The ordinance passed by a
<br />vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski,
<br />Newburn and Nemeth).

<br />GENERAL PARK FUND.

<br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT
<br />OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

<br />CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND AND APPRO-

<br />THE CIVIC CENTER DEVELOPMENT FUND, BOTH
<br />FUNDS BEING WITHIN THE FUNDS OF THE
<br />CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
