This <br />information supports the ordinance that would appropriate the necessary funds for the City's <br />2003 Capital Budget. <br />For the Council Committee Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2003, I plan to offer <br />a brief overview of the capital budget for 2003 to be followed by brief highlights of each City <br />department by the Department Head. I estimate that all staff comments would take no more than <br />forty minutes.
