This resolution formally accepts the historical sections of the report <br /> Karen L. White <br /> and directs that they be made a part of the official City record. <br /> At Large The resolution also acknowledges the analyses and recommendations of the <br /> report to be used in future discussions to facilitate policies and legislation for <br /> the benefit of all residents of South Bend. <br /> Finally, the resolution apologizes to the Black residents of the City of South <br /> Bend,past and present, for the history of discrimination and for the harms it <br /> has caused. <br />
