ORDINANCE NO. 1 ~ 1 ~ - V 3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 615 NORTH MICHIGAN STREET IN <br />THE CTTY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that <br />the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana: <br />Lot A as shown on the Memorial Hospital Replat Recorded August 19, 1993 as <br />Document Number 9333069, together with the portion of Navarre Street adjacent to said <br />Lot which has been vacated by Vacation Ordinance No. 9008-99 <br />be and the same is hereby established as a classification of "C" Commercial, "G" Height and Area. <br />SECTION II.
