Oliver Davis suggested that tenants need to be educated as to their rights. Both he and Tim felt Lonnie <br />Douglas, lead of the Human Rights Commission could help. <br />Dr. Fred Ferlic urged the residents organize citing strength in numbers. <br />Maggie Michael, David Sharp, Heather Donahue, Terry Wruble and Tom and Susan Merry also expressed <br />a sense of hope that the bill under consideration needs to pass and needs to be enforced to offer nearly <br />residents a sense of hope. <br />After further round table discussion Tim Scott offered a summary of action items for the Residential <br />Neighborhoods Committee to consider.
