It will keep the <br />existing footprint plus remove an invasive plant that has been grown to be the size of a large bush and has <br />been landscaped for many years by the previous homeowners (and us the last couple years). It has been <br />verified as invasive. The fence will extend about 10 feet from the existing footprint and include a same- <br />style gate. This will still be BEHIND the house and will not be visible from the street. We are choosing a <br />shadowbox fence with a cap on top (per agreements with our surrounding neighbors). The wood will be <br />treated. We are also adding a swinging black aluminum gate on the driveway to keep dogs in place.
