<br />ROAD.

<br />NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD RUNNING FROM CLOVER STREET EAST TO THE
<br />FIRST NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY IN EUCLID PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND FOR A DISTANCE OF 111.5 FEET.

<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND
<br />DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY COMMONLY KNOWN AS
<br />1120 WEST SAMPLE STREET, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS AN RBAN
<br />DEVELOPMENT AREA FOR PURPOSES OF TAX ABATEMENT CONSIDERATION.
<br />WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement consideration has been filed
<br />with the Common Council of the City of South Bend pursuant to Section 2 -76(a) of the
<br />Municipal Code requesting that the area commonly known as 1120 West Sample Street,
<br />South Bend, Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows:
<br />A parcel of land being a part of the North Half of Section 14, Township 37 North,
<br />Range 2 East, in Portage Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
<br />and being more particularly described as follows, viz:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Garst Street with the westerly
<br />line of Prairie Avenue in said City; said intersection being the most northeasterly

<br />parcel; thence southwesterly, along said curve along an arc of 337.27 feet; thence
<br />for the next six courses along the southerly and easterly lines of said Steinmetz
<br />parcel, North 760- 46' -03" East, along a non - tangent line, a distance of 175.60 feet
<br />to a point of curve; thence along a curve to the right, an arc distance of 170.42
