City of South Bend Community Investment <br /> project will be reserved for households earning at or below 60 percent of the area median <br /> income. <br /> Bill No. 36-26 would also authorize and approve the form of the PILOT Agreement with Beacon <br /> Heights Preservation LLC, and would authorize its execution and delivery by the Mayor on <br /> behalf of the City.
