After removal and construction on the front landing / entry stairs is complete (different COA), <br />Above & Beyond will come in and plant 16 arborvitaes on the front facing left side (covered patio side) and <br />wrapping around the corner to cover the length of the covered patio. They will plant 6 yew bushes on the <br />front facing right side. They will plant 11 holly bushes spread evenly across the whole front area with one <br />or two wrapping around the corner. Lastly, they will put down weed barrier and river rock to cover the entire <br />front yard in front of the house and along the left facing side (East) of the house. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
