Joseph Kernen, City Controller r, made the <br />presentation for the bill. He indicated this appropriation would be used for overtime in <br />the Police Department. He indicated this money is available.as a result of the return to th <br />City of Revenue Sharing funds from the Century Center Board of Managers. Council Member <br />Taylor made a motion to recommend this bill to the Council favorable, seconded by Council <br />Member Serge. The motion carried. There being no further business to come before the <br />Committee of the Whole, Council Member Kopezynski made a motion to rise and report to the <br />Council, seconded by Council Member Taylor.
