REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 15 1980 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />BILL NO. 110 -80 <br />A BILL APPROPRIATING $14,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE <br />GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR <br />VARIOUS PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Crone made a motion to set this bill for <br />public hearing and second reading October 13, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The <br />motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 111 -80 <br />A BILL APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />EXPENSE OF THE SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCA <br />JANUARY 1, 1981, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1981, <br />OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING <br />SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />DEFRAYING THE <br />GOVERNMENT OF <br />L YEAR BEGINNING <br />INCLUDING ALL <br />A TIME WHEN THE <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to set this bill for <br />public hearing and second reading October 13, and refer it to the Personnel and Finance <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Crone. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 112 -80 A BILL TRANSFERRING $752.00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS ALL ACCOUNTS <br />BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FEDERAL FUND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to set this bill for <br />public hearing and second reading October 13, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The <br />motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 113 -80 A BILL TRANSFERRING $2,731.00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS ALL ACCOUNTS <br />BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FEDERAL FUND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to set this bill for <br />public hearing and second reading October 13, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski. The <br />motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to set Bill No. 97 -80 for public hearing and second <br />reading October 13, seconded by Council Member Voorde. The motion carried. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Council Member Taylor asked that the Clerk's office set up a Public Safety meeting <br />October 13, at 5:30 p.m., in the Council meeting room. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council unfinished or new, Council <br />Member Voorde made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Dombrowski.
