All budgets reflect <br />salaries as established by the 1980 salary ordinance. <br />You will note that the Bureau of Solid Waste budget reflects <br />an increase of 24 %. This is a reflection of cut -backs in <br />the CETA program which had previously provided about one -third <br />of our manpower needs. <br />We would be glad to caucus with the Council if you so desire. <br />Very truly yours, <br />e- <br />Michael L.
