BILL NO. 139 -79 <br />ORDINANCE NO,� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />BUREAU OF PARKING FACILITIES OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1980 AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1980, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING <br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS AND FIXING A TIME <br />WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated to the Board of Public Works per Chapter 190 <br />of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana <br />of 1955 for the payment of the costs of maintenance operation, <br />repair, and all other incidental costs and expenses in the <br />operation of the off- street parking facilities of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, for the year 1980. <br />
