This vacation does not hinder the order growth of the neighborhood and matches <br /> existing ROW location and sidewalk placement and will be harmonious in aesthetics <br /> and appeal. This ROW vacation does not hinder or diminish access to either of the <br /> properties in any way, and each parcel enjoys full access to dedicated streets. This <br /> ROW vacation does not hinder the public's access to a church, school or other public <br /> building as current access is maintained and does not restrict any additional access <br /> points. The vacation does not hinder a public way and allows vehicle, pedestrian, and <br /> bike traffic to continue, and improves the crosswalk and makes it more accessible to <br /> mobility-impaired users.
