(Check all that apply):New Construction, Additions <br />Contractor Information Sullivan & Sullivan Contracting construction Shawn Sullivan <br />Contractor Phone Number ( <br /> <br />Description of Proposed Work: <br />Addition of a third bay to an existing two bay/car garage, using the same exterior materials that currently <br />cover the exterior walls of the garage -- cedar tiles. The addition will consist of three walls a roof since the <br />addition will connect directly to the existing frame. The footprint of the addition would be 10' x 20', and the <br />concrete floor for the third bay is pre-existing. For the new outside walls, 4" x 4" posts will be concreted in, <br />around the 10' x 20' concrete floor, and 2" x 4" s will be used for lateral suppor t in the walls and in <br />supporting the roof. 4' x 8' plywood, attached to the posts and lateral supports, will be used as a substrate <br />for the roof and three outside walls. The shingles will come from the existing outside walls of the two bay <br />garage since these walls will now be inside walls. The shingles to be used on the new outside walls will <br />come from the existing outside walls. All proposed work will comply with the plans/renderings by Kil <br />Architecture. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
