ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $139,050.00 FROM THE <br />SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND TO THE SEWAGE <br />WORKS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FUND FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF MOTOR EQUIPMENT TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU <br />OF SANITATION. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />To appropriate $139.050.00 from the Sewage Works Deprecia- <br />tion Fund to the Sewage Works Operation and Maintenance Fund for <br />the purchase of five packer trucks and bodies. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $139,050.00 is hereby appropriated <br />from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund. This appropriation to <br />be administered by the Bureau of Sanitation and to be distributed <br />as set out below: <br />ACCOUNT <br />722.0 <br />SECTION II. <br />from and after its <br />the Mayor. <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Motor Equipment <br />AMOUNT <br />$139,050.00 <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />passage by the Common Council and approval by <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
