ORDINANCE NO. to y7G- ;� V <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AND MURPHY ENGINEERING, INC., SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, FOR CONDUCTING A STUDY AND <br />PREPARATION OF A REPORT ON CONVERTING THE <br />FELLOW STREET BOOSTER STATION TO AUTOMATIC <br />CONTROLS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $41000.00. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />To approve a Contract for the conducting of a study and <br />preparation of a report on proposed methods of converting the <br />Fellow Street Booster Station to automatic controls. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: . <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau <br />of Water of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Murphy Engineering, <br />Inc., South Bend, Indiana, on the 7th day of August, 1978, for <br />professional services concerning converting the Fellow Street Booster <br />Station to automatic controls, in a total cost not to exceed <br />$49000.00.
