Dunfee, I.P.M., a Partnership, to zone from "R" Residential and "C" Commercial, "A" Height and Area, to "C" Commercial, "F" Height and Area, property .located at the southwest corner of Ireland and Ironwood Roads, City of South Bend Gentlemen: The attached rezoning petition of William H. Dunfee, I.P.M., a Partnership, was legally advertised September 9, 1978. The Area Plan Commission gave it a public hearing on September 19, 1978, at which time the following action was taken: "Upon a motion by Richard Larrison, being seconded by Dwight Miller and carried, the petition of William H, Dunfee, I.P.M., a Partnership, to zone from t'RF' Residential and "C" Commercial, "A" He and Area, to "C" Commercial, "F" He and Area, property located at the southwest corner of Ireland and Ironwood Roads, City of South Bend, is returned to the Common Council with no recommendation, as a motion to recommend favorably failed to pass,' If the Council should rezone this site, it would be subject to a final site plan and the subdivision of the property. The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above decision are shown in minutes of the public hearing and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a. part of this report.
