(,LI(o (d'? $ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code) . <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance <br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City <br />of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Lot Numbered 1010 as shown on the Second Plat of <br />LaSalle Park Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />together with the East one -half of the vacated alley <br />lying immediately West of and adjacent to said lot <br />and together with the South 1/2 of the vacated alley <br />lying immediately North of and adjacent to said lot, <br />The South 80 feet of Lot Numbered 1009 as shown on <br />the recorded Second Plat of LaSalle Park, an Addition <br />to the City of South Bend, as recorded in Plat Book <br />8, pages 30 -31 of the records of said County, except- <br />ing therefrom a strip of land 14 feet in width, North <br />and South, taken off of and from the entire length of <br />the North side thereof for street purposes, <br />be and the same is hereby established as <br />"C" COMMERCIAL and "D" HEIGHT AND AREA <br />Section 2.
