All outdoor light fixtures used for the <br /> illumination of personal property,provided that such outdoor light fixtures <br /> shall meet the maximum allowable light levels permitted by Section 21- <br /> 09.04(f) and the maximum color temperature permitted by Section 21- <br /> 09.04(i)(2). <br /> SECTION XXX.
