Through your adoption of <br />these ordinances, the Bureau of Parking Garages will be able to adopt to <br />the change operation of the garages, caused by the heavy snows this winter, <br />and the elimination of the parking meter system. <br />Your favorable passage of these ordinances is anticipated. <br />Sincerely, <br />Peter H.
