6Qi Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend reconvened in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of the County -City Building at 9:17 p.m. Council President Beck presiding and nine members present. BILLS, SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 7708 -86 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (THE "CITY "), TO ISSUE ITS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND, (PAI PROPERTIES, AN INDIANA PARTNERSHIP PROJECT, SERIES 1986), IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (750,000.00) AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO.' 3i This bill had second reading. ORDINANCE NO. 7710 -86 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $287,500.00 FROM THE STATE DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. :This bill had second reading. ORDINANCE NO. 7714 -86 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $90,250 FROM THE WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING UNANTICIPATED EXPENDITURES IN 1986. ORDINANCE NO. 7715 -86 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $337,000 FROM THE LIABILITY INSURANCE PREMIUM AND RESERVE FUND TO ACCOUNT 342.0 IN THE AMOUNT OF $187,000 AND ACCOUNT 391.0 IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE SELF- INSURANCE DEPARTMENT BUDGET.
