Customer Obligations Customer ag.ees lo give Asscher <br />Roofing LLC free access to the real property to the extent <br />ecessary for rt to complete the work. Customer shall not <br />cause or permil any interference with Asscher Roofing LLC s <br />ability to cornplete the work. Customer understands that <br />Asscher Roofing LLC may need to slore construclion <br />materials on lhe prem scs. usc the customer s utilities. and <br />bring any heavy equrpment onto the property necessary to <br />complete the job. Customer agrees to arrange for the <br />idenlillcation of any underground utilitres before Asscher <br />Roollng LLC periorms any digging if required. Cuslomer <br />agrees lo remove or secure any personal propedy before <br />Asscher Rooirng LLC commences work. Custonrer shall hold <br />Asscher Rooling LLC harmless from any and alldamage to <br />customer s personal property. including but not limited to <br />drywall, plaster. decoralions. or intenor lixes unless caused <br />by Asscher Roofrng LLC s negligence.
