SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 18, 1986 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the informal meeting room of the County -City Building at 4:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order and the Pledge to the Flag was given. ROLL CALL Present: Council Members Serge, Braboy, Puzzello, Taylor, Zakrzewski, Barcome, Paszek, Voorde and Beck Absent: None TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL You are hereby notified that there will be a special meeting of the South Bend Common Council, in the Council informal meeting room, Tuesday, March 18, 1986, at 4:00 p.m., for the purposes outlined below. To reschedule the March 24, 1986, Regular Meeting of the South Bend Common Council to Tuesday, April 1, 1986 at 7:00 p.m. s/ Ann Puzzello /s/ Bob Taylor /s/ Beverlie J. Beck or by leaving a certified copy thereof at the last and usual place of residence of such members as I was able to find, as follows: Al Paszek Eugenia Braboy ,:Joe Serge Jim Barcome Cpl Ron Glen #303 Member of the South Bend Police !Department 'Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to reschedule the March 24, regular meeting of the Council to Tuesday, April 1, 1986, at 7:00 p.m., seconded by Council Member Puzzello. The motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member Barcome made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Taylor.
