Clean area <br /> <br />Price Item $73,884.00 <br /> <br />Item 3 Repair Granite – <br />1. We have repaired the granite and replace on this project in the past. We removed panels from the <br />Woodword side at the base and used them in the front. We replaced it with simulated material since it <br />was not as visible. This may be a possibility if need to match granite in the front where pulling away <br />from the building. We believe we should discuss this with you and see what the best way to proceed <br />would be. <br /> <br />Excluded <br />1. Anything not specifically noted above <br />2. Safety walkways <br />3.
