a. Furnish necessary Equipment – lifts, safety equipment <br />b. Permits to block off street and parking spaces as necessary <br />c. Barricades for traffic control and parking space block off for lifts <br />d. Furnish labor and material, to remove Terra Cotta and replace with EIFS as noted above <br />e. Build units to match units removed in shop (EIFS) – units will look shinny and match the color <br />that is similar to the existing Terra Cotta <br />f. Remove damaged units (as determined above) <br />g. Flash, seal and waterproof behind area to receive new EIFS units. <br />h. Install new EIFS pieces <br />i. Clean area <br /> <br />Price Item $73,884.00 <br /> <br />Item 3 Repair Granite – <br />1. We have repaired the granite and replace on this project in the past. We removed panels from the <br />Woodword side at the base and used them in the front. We replaced it with simulated material since it <br />was not as visible. This may be a possibility if need to match granite in the front where pulling away <br />from the building. We believe we should discuss this with you and see what the best way to proceed <br />would be. <br /> <br />Excluded <br />1. Anything not specifically noted above <br />2. Safety walkways <br />3.
