REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 14, 1985 <br />Council Member Braboy made a motion to set Bill No. 138 -84 for public hearing <br />and second reading January 28, seconded by Council Member Serge. The motion <br />carried on a roll call vote of five ayes and four nays (Council Members Taylor, <br />Zakrzewski, Crone and Voorde.) <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />John Swanson, 1722 N. Olive, spoke in favor of the minority recruitment program <br />for the Fire Department. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member <br />Crone.
