REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 5, 1984 <br />j� <br />E <br />F <br />BILL NO. 129 -84 A BILL TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW ACCOUNT <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Crone made a motion to set this bill for <br />public hearing and second reading November 19, and refer it to the Personnel and <br />Finance Committee, seconded by Council Member Zakrzeski. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Robert Stevenson, 501 S. Jackson, discussed theft and vandalism in his neighborhood. <br />He indicated the police are not responding. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council <br />Member Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Puzzello.
