All commercial space in the development <br /> will be eligible for abatement. <br /> The development will also include at least 22 for-sale condominiums. The <br /> condominiums will be 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, and will range from 1550 to 3429 square <br /> feet. Each condominium will be eligible for tax abatement while owned by the developer, <br /> who is also the taxpayer. The abatement on each individual condominium will expire <br /> when it is sold to a third party. <br />
