REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 9, 19$4 <br />BILL NO. 4 -84 A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, ESTABLISHING A NONREVERTING "MORRIS CIVIC AUDI- <br />TORIUM IMPROVEMENT FUND." <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to set this bill <br />for public hearing and second reading January 23, and refer it to the Personnel and <br />Finance Committee, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Reports from Area Plan: <br />1406 -1412 South Bend Avenue - Bill No. 84 -83 <br />1815 E. Ireland Road - Bill No. 123 -83 7 <br />1017 S. 21st Street - Bill No. 130 -83 <br />Council Member Puzzello made a motion to set these bills for public hearing and second reading' <br />January 23, and refer them to the Zoning and Vacation Committee, seconded by Council <br />Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Ralph Johnson, 734 N. Cushing, presented to petitions to the Council for two way <br />traffic on Western, and two way traffic on Michigan, Main and Wayne. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council <br />Member Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Crone.
