I have included the landscape plan for the entire site ("Spiess
Final Master Landscape.pdf").
The proposed retaining wall along the alleyway property line on the north side would be approximately 16"
tall using Kodah wall materials from Highformat.com. I have attached photos for the location and
proposed materials for the wall ("Retaining Wall 1.jpeg", "Retaining Wall 2.jpeg", and "Kodah wall (Fond du
Lac color).png").
The proposed circular patio would be 10' in diameter and placed on the west side of the house, with the
precise location as shown in the master landscape plan. The materials would be New Mission pavers
(Fond du Lac color) from Highformat.com with a double soldier row of brick trim in Copthorn brick (Basalt
color). The path leading from the existing porch to the patio would be the Copthorn brick in a herringbone
pattern. The step between the existing porch and the path would be an irregular weathered-style step from
Highformat.com in Fond du Lac color. I've attached renderings of the step, path, and patio along with
photos of the proposed materials ("Patio View1_R1.jpg", "Patio View2_R1.jpg," "New Mission Pavers (Fond
du Lac color) with Copthorn brick trim (basalt color)", and "Irregular steps (Fond du Lac color)"
I'm also hoping to have the street curb along Nor th Shore Dr replaced and install a 4x7' service walk linking
the sidewalk to the curb. Material for the service walk would either be poured concrete or the same
Copthorn brick proposed for the garden path described above.
3
