BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE N0._(„ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING'MONIES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING OF THE EXPENSES OF <br />THE BUREAU Of SANIATION, OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING JANUARY. 1, 1979, AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1979, INCLUDING ALL OUT - <br />STANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS AND FIX - <br />ING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION L. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Sanitation <br />for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1979 the following sums of money <br />are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named <br />and.for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the <br />same and subject also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such <br />sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized <br />to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided <br />by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby <br />appropriated out to the General Fund of said Waste Water Treatment Plant, <br />the following: <br />
