NEMETH, Mayor <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />219/284 -9742 <br />Members of the Council <br />South Bend Common Council <br />4th floor County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />There will be presented for your consideration at the November 6, 1978 Council <br />meeting an ordinance appropriating revenues and fines of the parking system <br />for the calendar year 1979 parking garage and lots operating budget. <br />For 1979, there will be only one budget since the administration has eliminated <br />the on- street parking meters and therefore, the operating budget for that <br />function. The combined Meter and Garage budget for 1978 was $543,192.00. <br />The combined garage budget for 1979 is proposed at $441,463.00 or a reduction <br />of 19%.
