BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $19,800 FROM THE EQUAL EM- <br />PLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF OMENTBOFDHUMANURESOURCESMA RIGHTS <br />AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. <br />AND DEPAR <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The City of South Bend is committed toalqualoemplomentRights <br />opportunity. In attempting to achieve this g <br />Commission has been established. This ordinance will enable the City <br />to resolve charges of discrimination referred to the local Human <br />Rights Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $19,800 is hereby appropriated for the <br />fiscal year starting November 1, 1978, from the Equal Employment Op- <br />portunity Commission Fund.
