(eS a13- i S <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $13,350.00 FROM VARIOUS <br />ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE BUDGET OF THE BUREAU <br />OF SOLID WASTE OF SOLID WASTE FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain extraordianry conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Solid Waste, it is <br />now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br />original budget for various functions of that Department to meet such <br />extraordinary conditions; and <br />In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within <br />the Bureau of Solid Waste to assure the Department's ability to properly <br />perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various <br />accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY' OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $13,350.00 be transferred between <br />various accounts as set forth below: <br />REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />110.0 Salaries & Wages Regular 5,250.00 <br />321 Gasoline 8,100.00 <br />TOTAL REDUCTIONS $13,350.00 <br />INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />262.5 <br />Landfill <br />4,000.00 <br />323 <br />Tires & Tubes <br />1,100.00 <br />370 <br />Other Supplies <br />150.00 <br />510 <br />Insurance <br />8,100.00 <br />TOTAL ACCOUNT INCREASES $13,350.00 <br />SECTION II.
