S'ap. > j AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENTAL /ACTION CENTER BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Environmental /Action Center, it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appro- priated in the original budget for various functions of the Environmental/ Action Center to meet such extraordinary conditons; and In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within the Envrionmental /Action Center to assure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the sum of $500.00 be transferred between various accounts 'asset forth below: REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 110.0 Salaries and Wages 500.00 Total Reduction $500.00 INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS 241.0 Printing 243.0 Photography & Blue Printing 200.00 300.00 Total Increase $500.00 SECTION II.
