Transferring the Sum of $462.00 Human Rights Fund

ORDINANCE NO. & j_�.? g AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $462.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS BUDGET OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Human Rights Commission, it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for various functions of the Human Rights Commission to meet such extraordinary conditions; and In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within the Human Rights Budget to assure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the sum of $462.00 be transferred between various accounts as set forth below: REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION 110.0 Salaries and Wages TOTAL REDUCTION INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT 212.0 Postage 241.0 Printing 550.0 °Subscription & Dues TOTAL INCREASE kulliu 1 $462.00 $462.00 200.00 250.00 12.00 $462.00 SECTION II.
