NEMETH, Mayor <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />Members of the Council <br />South Bend Common Council <br />4th floor County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />219/284 -9742 <br />There will be presented for your consideration on first reading at the <br />November 20, 1978 meeting several ordinances making year end transfers in <br />the accounts of the many departments and Bureaus of the City of South Bend. <br />More specifically, I am requesting your approval of ordinances transferring <br />funds in the: <br />Discovery Hall <br />Human Rights <br />Envrionmental /Action Center <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting <br />Building Maintenance (MSF) <br />Morris Civic <br />Controller's <br />Streets (Fund 55) <br />Division of Utilities <br />Police Dept. <br />As I'm sure you're aware, we do this on an annual basis to better reflect the <br />actual expenditures of the City caused by its level of operations for that <br />particular year. <br />As always, I or my Deputy am available to answer any questions which may arise. <br />Sincerely, <br />
