15 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Project Plan <br />The Developer will complete the following work in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: <br />The Developer will complete the development of an apartment building with fifty (50) <br />affordable housing units in accordance with the Developer’s Indiana Housing and <br />Community Development Authority Low Income Housing Tax Credit application. <br />The Developer will expend a minimum of $13,000,000 on the project. <br />The Developer will complete the work contemplated herein in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations. <br />The structure will be considered complete upon the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy <br />for the entire building.
