With multiple key community stakeholders involved—including the City of <br />South Bend and Seven Diamonds Development—this project represents an important investment in the continued <br />redevelopment of downtown South Bend. <br />Successful delivery of this project will require a construction partner with the experience and discipline to navigate <br />a complex stakeholder environment while maintaining alignment with schedule, scope, and budget. Our team is <br />focused on orchestrating the project from a logistical and collaborative perspective, working closely with the City, <br />the development team, and the designers to support informed decision making throughout the process. <br />Shiel Sexton brings extensive experience delivering public projects through the Construction Manager as <br />Constructor (CMc) delivery method, having successfully completed more than 90 projects across Indiana since <br />2015. We understand the nuances of state and municipal requirements and have a proven track record with state, <br />county, and local government clients. As a full service construction management firm, we provide in house cost <br />estimating, scheduling, commissioning, quality control, and safety services—streamlining communication and <br />enhancing coordination for the benefit of the City of South Bend and Seven Diamonds. <br />As you evaluate Shiel Sexton for this assignment, there are a few points we hope you will consider: <br />Our firm also takes a highly methodical approach to supplier diversity, having led some of the most successful <br />diversity programs in the State of Indiana.
