With multiple key community stakeholders involved—including the City of South Bend and Seven Diamonds Development—this project represents an important investment in the continued redevelopment of downtown South Bend. Successful delivery of this project will require a construction partner with the experience and discipline to navigate a complex stakeholder environment while maintaining alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.
