His <br />background includes construction management and design-build <br />delivery, civil and structural engineering, project management, <br />scheduling, and cost modeling. <br /> <br />In his role, Tony leads the full preconstruction effort, including <br />coordination of in-house and outsourced design teams, budgeting, <br />scheduling, and GMP development. He works closely with the Owner, <br />architect, and engineers to align scope, cost, and schedule, identify <br />risks early, and maintain cost certainty as design progresses.
