Ohio Farmers Insurance Company has <br />an A.M. Best Rating of “A” (Excellent) with a Financial Size Category of “XIV.” <br />Ohio Farmers Insurance Company has been the surety for Larson-Danielson Construction Co., <br />Inc. for 31 years and currently are willing to consider bonds in the $75 million range with <br />backlogs exceeding $150 million. Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc. is currently in good <br />standing with Ohio Farmers Insurance Company, they are a valued client and our experience <br />with this contractor has been most satisfactory. We are more than willing to consider providing <br />bonds on any project that Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc. may seek to obtain. <br />Our approval of such a request would be conditioned upon applicable underwriting <br />considerations at the time of the bond request. This letter is not an assumption of liability. <br />We have issued this letter only as a bonding reference requested by our client. The bidder can <br />provide executed Performance bond and Labor and Material bond, and the bidder can <br />provide certificates of insurance in the amounts indicated. <br />We are proud to recommend this fine organization to you.
