LARSON-DANIELSON PROPOSAL FOR CMc SERVICES MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER PARKING GARAGE 14 <br />BLUE JAY II <br />Valparaiso, Indiana <br />Larson-Danielson served as design/build contractor for Barley Properties’ 115,000-square-foot industrial facility <br />in Valparaiso, Indiana, with a total construction cost of approximately $10.8 million. The building features precast <br />concrete wall panels, structural steel framing, nine drive-in doors, and 20 dock positions to accommodate multi- <br />tenant flexibility. The project required full coordination with local permitting authorities, utility providers, and <br />municipal inspection agencies to maintain schedule certainty.
