Daniel and Mary Whittlesey Kotz had two daughters, one being Eleanor Kotz. Eleanor
likewise became an extremely talented painter who restored old paintings. She once told
her father that she too wanted to paint but wanted to make money, so she decided to
restore old paintings. She was one of the only females in this restoration business in that
era and was so talented that her services could only be afforded by the wealthy and
famous. She restored historical paintings, reportedly even those as prominent as President
George Washington's family.

ELEANOR KOTZ ~ DAUGHTER OF DAVID AND MARY KOTZ
