Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd <br />South Bend IN 46601 <br /> <br />RE: Revision of Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit <br /> <br />Dear Board Members: <br /> <br />The Division of Wastewater recommends approving the revision of the Industrial Discharge Permit for Honeywell <br />Aerospace US LLC previously known as Honeywell International Inc at the March 10, 2026, Board of Public Works <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Honeywell Aerospace US LLC has changed their name from Honeywell International Inc. Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is <br />a metal finisher under categorical standards 40 CFR 433.15.
