The projects have been grouped by type with corresponding recommendation. <br />1. Window items (1), (2), (5), (8) and (11) Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION <br />2. Door items (14), (15), (18), and (19) Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION <br />3. Breezeway items (6), (7), and (17) Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION <br />4. Balconette items (9), (10), (12), (13) and (20) Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION <br />5. Lighting and Electrical items (3) and (4) Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION for rear ad- <br />dition, staff makes and UNFAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION to adding outlets to the original <br />main building. Staff make FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION for rear addition and lighting over <br />the windows and accent lighting on the storefront. Staff make and UNFAVORABLE RECOMMEN- <br />DATION to adding lighting to the south facade of the original main building.
