The <br />purpose of the Subdivision Replat is to split off the existing parking lot being leased to the Veteran's <br />Administration facility and place the existing Gates Service center facility on a separate lot. Our cost <br />estimate for the preparation of the Subdivision is shown below: <br />A). Preparation of a Two Lot Subdivision Replat: <br />1). The cost for the preparation of the Subdivision, all required paper work, setting of property corners, <br />attendance at required Plat Committee meetings, filing and recording fees would be $ 3,575. <br />If this proposal is acceptable, we will require a copy of the deed for the properties. With project <br />approval by June 10, we could have crew on site within 8 -12 working days or less, and submit the <br />subdivision for approval by July 8t' with approval on August 15th or September 5th depending on APC <br />Plat Committee meeting schedule. <br />Any requested drawing revisions by any review agency would be done at our standard hourly rates, <br />which are attached. <br />If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to give me a call at (574) 234 -4003. <br />Sincerely, <br />Approved By: <br />Hze" J.
