ORDINANCE NO. GSb9 - S', AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,500.00 FROM.THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND FOR MIAMI HILLS RETENTION BASIN PROJECT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are needed for the Miami Hills Retention Basin Project. Funds presently exist in the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund established under the authority of Title 18, Article 6, Chapter 6 of the Indiana Code.
