ORDINANCE NO. (mSG(o-7y <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $51,400.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />STREET DEPARTMENT TRUCK REPAIR, TO BE ADMINIS- <br />TERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE <br />BUREAU OF STREETS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Whereas, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Streets to insure <br />this department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year <br />1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: That the sum of $51,400.00 is hereby appropriated for the <br />Year 1979 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General <br />Revenue Sharing Fund.
