#Services Qty Price Total <br />1. Demolition of Existing Roof Deck – $5,800 <br />Complete removal and disposal of existing metal decking and concrete slab above the event room area. <br />Includes setup, cutting, and debris handling per Indiana demolition code and OSHA compliance. <br />Additional cost includes handling due to site conditions and safety prep. <br />2. Installation of New Galvanized B-Deck and Concrete Topping – $11,200 <br />Install 20 GA x 1.5" galvanized G60 B-deck, fully welded to structure. <br />Pour 2" concrete topping slab with reinforced welded wire mesh (WWM). <br />Concrete and deck installed per structural detail. <br />Includes edge protection, setup, and fasteners. <br />3. Material Cost – Galvanized B-Deck – $4,500 <br />Includes supply, delivery, and staging of galvanized B-deck. G60 coating ensures durability and corrosion <br />resistance. <br />4. Temporary Shoring & Wall Bracing During Deck Work – $5,500 <br />Due to deterioration in surrounding CMU/masonry, temporary shoring will be installed to maintain lateral <br />stability during deck removal and reconstruction. <br />Includes lumber, braces, and installation. <br />5. Courtyard Roof & Wall Demolition – $9,600( Removed from scope 1/10/26) <br />Roof Removal: $5,000 (Removed from scope) <br />Wall Removal (2 walls): $4,600 (Removed from scope) <br />Complete removal and disposal of existing roof and two exterior walls in courtyard area. Includes labor, <br />disposal, and equipment. <br />6. Safety Perimeter & Access Equipment Rental – $3,800 <br />250 linear feet of fencing to secure demolition area from pedestrian access. <br />Includes rental and install. <br />Telehandler rental for B-deck install included. <br />7. Masonry Cap & Parapet Work (Above Roof Line Only) – $4,200 (Removed from scope 1/10/26 ) <br />Includes tuckpointing, patching, and sealing of parapet walls at roof line. <br />Excludes any repairs or structural work below roof line, unless authorized via future change order. <br />Disclaimers & Recommendations <br />CMU Wall Risk: We have concerns about the lateral stability of existing CMU/masonry walls due to current <br />disrepair. Removing the roof deck could place added stress and cause shifting or failure. <br />Liability Exclusion: Any structural damage caused by failure to perform recommended masonry repairs is not <br />included in this scope and will not be covered. <br />Structural Precaution: Temporary shoring has been included for safety, but permanent repairs are highly <br />advised prior to starting demolition. <br />Parapet Work Only: Masonry scope is limited to work above roof line only.
