Our approach focuses <br />on building trust and relationships, which opens the door to real progress. <br />Here’s what we offer: <br /> <br />• Help recovering lost documents <br />• Connection to medical and psychiatric care <br />• Support managing medications <br />• Assistance with housing applications and placement on waitlists <br />• Personal help through the entire housing process, including attending <br />appointments <br /> <br /> Once someone is housed: <br />• We help them move in with furniture <br />• Stay in touch with landlords and guests to ensure stability and reduce <br />loneliness <br />Results: <br />Over 74% of our guests remain housed for at least a year, and <br />once they reach that milestone, the chances of staying housed <br />long-term are very high. <br />In our new facility, we’ll offer: <br />• A commercial kitchen and cafeteria <br />• A day room, chapel, and outdoor space <br /> <br />With no other individuals in attendance in person or online indicating a <br />desire to speak, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />C. Resolution No. 2025-2: Approving the substantially final form of <br />documents and recommending that the Common Council pass the <br />ordinance for the Forgivable Loan for the New Day Intake Center, <br />Inc. Project. <br /> <br />Upon a motion by Rafael Morton and seconded by Karen White, the <br />motion carried unanimously, the Commission approved Resolution No. <br />2025-2 on September 18, 2025. <br /> <br />D.
